Registration and Confirmation
Students must provide complete and accurate information when registering. Confirmation emails will be sent to the contact details provided by the student.
Course Confirmation, Changes and Refunds
Once a course registration at DDM Academy is confirmed, it cannot be changed to another course or cancelled. All deposits and fees paid are non‑refundable and course places are non‑transferable, except as provided below.
If a student is absent due to illness and submits a valid medical certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner, DDM Academy may, at its discretion, allow the student to transfer to another course or apply the paid fees toward a future course. If no valid medical certificate is provided, the absence will be treated as voluntary forfeiture and no refund or transfer of deposits or fees will be permitted.
Requests for transfer or refund on medical grounds must be submitted together with the original medical certificate within 1 month from the date of the cancelled class or examination; all supporting documentation is subject to verification by DDM Academy.

Weather‑Related Cancellations
If classes or examinations are cancelled due to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or an “Extreme Conditions” announcement, tuition fees for the cancelled class or examination will not be refunded. Students affected by such cancellations may transfer to another class or examination offered by the institution that has the same or lower published fee. If the replacement class or examination has a higher published fee, the student must pay the difference; if the replacement has a lower published fee, no refund of the difference will be given. All transfers are subject to availability and any administrative procedures set by the institution.

Course Cancellation by DDM Academy
If a course must be cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, DDM Academy will notify affected students by email , WhatsApp or phone at least 5 days before the scheduled class. If a course is cancelled for other reasons, DDM Academy will notify students as soon as practicable. Affected students may choose to enrol in another identical course or request a refund. Refund requests must be processed within 2 months from the date of the cancelled course; refunds will not be arranged after this period. Students affected by a cancelled course will not be entitled to any additional compensation.
DDM Academy reserves the right to cancel any individual’s enrolment without explanation. Students affected by such cancellations will not be entitled to any compensation.

Arrival and Identity Verification
Students should arrive 15 minutes before the class starts and present the confirmation email issued by DDM Academy for identity verification. Only students whose identity has been verified may enter the classroom.
Non‑Transferability of Course Seats
The seat reserved under a confirmed registration is personal to the registered student and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or otherwise conveyed to any other person. Any attempted transfer without DDM Academy’s prior written consent will be void, and the original registrant will remain liable for all fees. DDM Academy reserves the right to refuse admission to any person presenting themselves in place of the registered student. No refund or transfer of fees will be permitted in such circumstances unless DDM Academy, at its sole discretion, agrees otherwise.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during classes. DDM Academy accepts no liability for any loss.
Photography and Recording
Participants acknowledge that DDM Academy may take photographs or video recordings during activities for future promotional and marketing purposes.

If a participant does not wish to be photographed or recorded, they must notify DDM Academy in advance of the lesson – either by email to DDM Academy or by informing staff on arrival. DDM Academy will make reasonable efforts to exclude notified individuals from photographs, recordings, and subsequent social‑media posts.
If a participant later requests removal of their image from DDM Academy’s online channels, they should contact DDM Academy with full details and DDM Academy will remove the image where practicable.
Recording, filming, or photography by students or participants during class is prohibited without prior authorization.
Liability and Indemnity
DDM Academy is not liable for any direct or indirect personal injury, death, loss or damage to property suffered by any participant arising out of or in connection with attendance at a third‑party venue or at any class location. Students attend classes at alternative venues at their own risk.
Use of Facilities and Damages
All equipment and facilities at the venue belong to DDM Academy and/or the venue provider. Participants must use all equipment and facilities properly and responsibly. Participants will be required to compensate for any damage they cause.
Conduct and Safety
DDM Academy reserves the right to take any appropriate action to ensure safety and order at the venue, to prevent danger, disturbance, or nuisance. Such actions may include stopping activities at the venue, suspending classes, requiring disruptive persons to leave the centre, or reporting incidents to the police. Fees already paid will not be refunded in such cases.
Intellectual Property
All course materials and content are the copyright of DDM Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed online, or used unlawfully. DDM Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action for infringement.

Amendments and Disputes
DDM Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, DDM Academy’s decision shall be final.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for any course or activity, the student confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all related course rules and policies published by DDM Academy. Registration constitutes the student’s explicit acceptance of all provisions, including but not limited to payment, cancellation, refund, photography, venue, liability and indemnity provisions.
